My Profile

Manage your profile settings:

  1. Tap the Menu button in the upper-right corner of the page.

  2. Select My Profile.

    The My Profile page displays.

    By default, all information on the page displays in view-only mode, showing a lock to the right of each field prompt.

ClosedChange My Password

The required password strength is established by your System Administrator and is shown at the bottom of the page. Your password cannot be the same as your Member ID and cannot be the same as your current password.

  1. Tap Action in the section header.

    The Action menu opens.

  2. Select Change Password.

    The Change Password page opens.

  3. Enter Current Password.

    If the entry is not correct, a warning displays.

  4. Enter New Password.

    If your entry does not meet the requirements established by your organization, a message displays indicating the password is not acceptable.

  5. Enter Confirm Password.

  6. Tap Save.

    You will receive a warning if any values are not correct. MC Express will confirm that the password has been successfully changed and return you to the My Profile page.

ClosedSet My Photo

  1. Tap Action in the section header.

    The Action menu opens.

  2. Select Set My Photo.

    This option is only available if you have permission to edit your contact information and photo.

    The options that are available will depend on whether or not a camera is detected on the device being used. If no camera is detected, a file directory of existing images will be displayed to allow you to select an image to upload. If a camera is detected, you will first be prompted to indicate if you want to take a photo or upload an existing photo.

  3. Follow the appropriate procedures below.

ClosedUpload Existing Photo/Image

  • With the file directory displayed, locate and select the image to upload.

    MC Express will proceed to upload the image. The time that this will take will depend on the size of the image, as well as your connection speed.

    When the image is uploaded, the My Profile page refreshes with the new image displayed.

ClosedTake Photo

This option is only available if your device supports this feature.

  1. Select the option to take the photo.

    The exact description will vary by device. Your camera should open.

  2. Take a photo.

    Your device will show the image to you and ask you whether this image should be used or retaken.

    Once accepted, MC Express uploads the image. The time that this will take depends on the size of the image, as well as your connection speed.

    When the image is uploaded, the My Profile page refreshes, and the new image displays.

ClosedEdit My Profile Information

This option will only display if your organization has given you access to it.

  1. Tap Action in the section header.

    The Action menu opens.

  2. Select Edit.

    The My Profile page refreshes, and all fields are now editable.

  3. Make your changes.

    Email address fields must be populated with correctly formatted email addresses. They must contain a dot, @ symbol, and no spaces. The SMS Email address is used at organizations that send text messages through the Rules Manager (event notifications). The field is populated with your 10 digit cell phone number, along with the carrier's designated address.

    For example, the correct SMS format for a 555-666-7777 phone number would be [email protected] for Verizon and [email protected] for AT&T. If images are sent with text messages, the carrier's MMS address must be used. The correct MMS format for a 555-666-7777 phone number would be [email protected] for Verizon and [email protected] for AT&T.

  4. Tap Save.

    The page refreshes, and becomes view-only.
